NEW CAKES!

HOLIDAY CAKES !!!...AND GINGER BREAD HOUSE =]

I made this cake for our Thanksgiving party....it came out really cute. It was carrot cake w/ cream cheese frosting and it was my first turkey cake ;)

before putting it together.

My boyfriends birthday was on the 22nd. he loves football so i decided to make him a football cake. he really liked it. so im glad =]

Oh....happy thanksgiving =]

chocolate cake with passionfruit and mango jam =]

crum coating with dark chocolate frosting

now i colored and rolled marshmellow fondant and covered the 8" cake

My next cake was a 6 inch chocolate cake with strawberry jam

Crum coated with milk chocolate

and...covered with strawberry, rasberry black fondant

and wa,la this is how it turned out......im so proud =]

all those hours on those roses really paid of =]

My first fondant cake =]

Yummy, chocolate and vanilla with buttercream and rasberry fondant.... I tried making a marbled cake but it didn't work as well as you can see =[

Now I tried something new...fondant roses yay...they look so pretty ;)

I will add these to a tiered cake next week, I need 38
